Dean Militar Ancheta Exactly! The honor that should’ve been for God has been directed to Mary, thus obliviously, making Mary their “god”.

DeJayaun McCloud Mary is the mother of God. She is not elevated to a goddess.
  •  Dean Militar Ancheta - Copy
Dean Militar Ancheta Mary is NOT the mother of God. God has no beginning. She did not give birth to God himself instead She just gave birth to Jesus as a man. God used her so that Jesus or God would take Human Form. But taking into account that Jesus is God, God has no mother. If God had a mother she would have been co-existed with God from the very beginning and taking also into account that Mary herself was a creation of God, so that means, God created Mary to be His mother in order for Him to exist? No! God created Mary in order for Him to take Human form and come to this world. Mary may be the biological mother of Jesus as man, but she cannot be the Mother of Jesus as God.
  •  DeJayaun McCloud - Copy
DeJayaun McCloud Mary is the mother of God because Jesus is God John 1:1, Colossians 2:9, and Philippians 2:5-6. Jesus had 2 natures and He was 100% man and 100% God. Still He is a divine person. Mothers can’t give birth to nature but to persons. Therfore Jesus is a person a divine person. His mother gave birth to God. What we mean by mother of God its the 2nd person of the Trinity not God the Father.
  • Dean Militar Ancheta - Copy
Dean Militar Ancheta Yes. I know that Jesus is God. but the logic of your argument is contradicting the ONENESS of the Trinity. The Father, The Son, And the Holy Spirit are all one God but in three personas. If you’re saying that Mary is the Mother of Jesus as God, You are also concluding that Mary is the Mother of God the Father. Mary cannot be a mother of Jesus as God, because Jesus EXISTED from the very beginning, before the earth was even created and before Mary was born. JESUS existed without Mary from the beginning. If you’re saying that Mary is the Mother of GOD, you are also saying that Jesus never existed before Mary because if it wasn’t for Mary, GOD the SON would’ve been never born. If you could give me a Bible Verse that says that we SHOULD pray to Mary and other saints, I’ll shut up.
  • DeJayaun McCloud - Copy
DeJayaun McCloud I never said Jesus had not beginning. He always existed John 17:5, but how did He come into the world as the Word made flesh? He came through the virgin birh in His divinity. If you say Mary is the mother of His human nature then you take away His divinity as well. The logic is that Jesus God who is eternal and came forth into the world as His person, divine. Hence she is the mother of God. Second What does 1 Timothy 2:1 says, First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, the saints in heaven hear our prayers as you seen in Revelation 5:8. They are not dead people but alive as we see Moses and Eljah in Matthew 17. We all praying to God who is Spirit in Spirit and in truth John 4:24

Aquino Bayani Thus, though the Son came from everlasting, He was sent by God to be conceived and born of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Protestants say it is impossible for finite Mary to be the mother of the infinite Son. They are ignorant that nothing is impossible to God. Therefore, whether Protestants like it or not, the truth of God stands that Mary is the mother of God which is the Son.

IN THE beginning [before all time] was the Word ([a]Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God [b]Himself. And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth.

Aquino Bayani Dont hope. The Most Holy Trinity is happy in the love and respect the Catholics have for Mary because it was God first who did everything for her:
Luke 1:46 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, 1:47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. 1:48 For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. 1:49 For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name.

Aquino Bayani All human beings are composed of spirit, soul and body:
1 Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. If Jesus Christ is not God but only a human being composed of created spirit, created soul, and created body, then, without doubt, Mary is maculate, sinful, devirginized, mother of man and not mother of God.
But the nightmare of Protestants that Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh, and He is composed of uncreated eternal Spirit of God, created Soul made Divine, and an unblemished Body, then without doubt, the Blessed Mary is the Immaculate, Sinless, Ever-Virgin, mother of God.
Denying the Blessed Virgin Mary is the mother of God Jesus Christ is actually denying that Jesus Christ is God and the deniers are the antichrists who don’t believe Christ who was God came into the flesh in the Immaculate Womb of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Aquino Bayani How can anybody say Mary is not the mother of God? Only the antichrists dont believe Christ who was God from eternity took His flesh and blood from His mother Mary. Indeed, the Blessed Virgin Mary is the mother of the God-Man Jesus Christ who brought to life the putrefying corpse of Lazarus already dead for four days:
John 11:14 Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. 11:15 And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him. 11:16 Then said Thomas, which is called Didymus, unto his fellowdisciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him. 11:17 Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already. 11:18 Now Bethany was nigh unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off: 11:19 And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother. 11:20 Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him: but Mary sat still in the house. 11:21 Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. 11:22 But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee. 11:23 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. 11:24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? 11:27 She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world. 11:28 And when she had so said, she went her way, and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The Master is come, and calleth for thee. 11:29 As soon as she heard that, she arose quickly, and came unto him. 11:30 Now Jesus was not yet come into the town, but was in that place where Martha met him. 11:31 The Jews then which were with her in the house, and comforted her, when they saw Mary, that she rose up hastily and went out, followed her, saying, She goeth unto the grave to weep there. 11:32 Then when Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. 11:33 When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled, 11:34 And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see. 11:35 Jesus wept. 11:36 Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him! 11:37 And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died? 11:38 Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it. 11:39 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. 11:40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? 11:41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. 11:42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. 11:43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 11:44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. 11:45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him.

Aquino Bayani Therefore, repent ye antichrists who don’t believe that Christ who was God with God whose going forth was from eternity (JN 1:1-2; MIC 5:2), took His Flesh and Blood from His biological mother Mary, the mother of God, to become a human being like us except sin and His Spirit is the uncreated eternal Spirit of God, that is, God the Son Himself, in order to taste death and redeem us from the enslavement of sin, as it was written:
1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 4:2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
