All human beings are composed of spirit, soul and body:
[Note: Unless otherwise specified, all Bible quotations are from the Amplified Bible (AMP).]
• In the New Testament, St. Paul made it clear that human beings are composed entirely of spirit, soul and body:
1 THES 5:23 And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God]; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound and complete [and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah).
• In the Old Testament, the body of a human being (zygote) was formed first, then a soul was breathed into it, and then a spirit was infused into the body and soul to enliven it:
WISDOM 15:11 Because he knew not the one who fashioned him, and breathed into him a quickening soul, and infused a vital spirit.  (New American Bible)
WISDOM 15:11 because he never came to know the God who shaped him, who breathed into him an active soul and a living spirit.  (Today’s English Version)
• Job and the people of the Old Testament have spirit and soul:
JOB 7:11 My own utterance I will not restrain; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
WISDOM 16:14 Man, however, slays in his malice, but when the spirit has come away, it does not return, nor can he bring back the soul once it is confined.  (NAB)
BARUCH 3:1 “LORD Almighty, God of Israel, afflicted souls and dismayed spirits call to you.  (NAB)
DAN 3:86 Spirits and souls of the just, bless the Lord; praise and exalt him above all forever.  (NAB)
• The Blessed Virgin Mary also has spirit and soul:
LK 1:46-47 And Mary said, My soul magnifies and extols the Lord, And my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
• The Lord Jesus Christ also has spirit and soul:
MT 26:38 Then He said to them, My soul is very sad and deeply grieved, so that I am almost dying of sorrow. Stay here and keep awake and keep watch with Me.
LK 23:46 And Jesus, crying out with a loud voice, said, Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit! And with these words, He expired.
Note on Luke 23:46: What expired were the Body and Soul of Jesus, and not His uncreated, eternal, immortal, indestructible and omnipotent Spirit which is the Spirit of God (aka the Word in JN 1:1) which He entrusted to the Father.
[Clarification: The Spirit of God referred to in this article is God Himself who is Spirit (cf JN 4:24), and not the Holy Spirit who is referred to as Himself, that is, the Holy Spirit.]
• Even the Lord God also has spirit and soul according to the prophet Isaiah:
ISA 42:1 Behold my Servant, Whom I uphold, My elect in Whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice and right and reveal truth to the nations.
• A spirit is essential to the body, that without it the body is dead:
JMS 2:26 For as the human body apart from the spirit is lifeless, so faith apart from [its] works of obedience is also dead.
• A spirit is the life of the soul, for without it the soul is destroyed:
The Word of God (Christ) who formed the body; breathed a soul into it; and infused a spirit into the body and soul (cf RV 19:13; ISA 42:5; ACTS 3:15; WISDOM 15:11); is the same Word of God who separates soul and spirit, and destroys both soul and body in hell:
RV 19:13-15 He is dressed in a robe dyed by dipping in blood, and the title by which He is called is The Word of God.  And the troops of heaven, clothed in fine linen, dazzling and clean, followed Him on white horses.  From His mouth goes forth a sharp sword with which He can smite (afflict, strike) the nations; and He will shepherd and control them with a staff (scepter, rod) of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath and indignation of God the All-Ruler (the Almighty, the Omnipotent).
HEB 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.  (King James Version)
HEB 4:12 For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.
MT 10:28 And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; but rather be afraid of Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell (Gehenna).

The Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ said, “Before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me”:
• In the Old Testament, the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ said, “Before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me,” because He is the only begotten God of the Father, and He was the God predestined to take the form of a slave (ie, His Incarnation), to come in human likeness and human in appearance, in order to experience death for the salvation of the humankind:
◦ The Spirit of Christ is the only begotten God of the Father:
JN 1:18 No man has ever seen God at any time; the only unique Son, or the only begotten God, Who is in the bosom [in the intimate presence] of the Father, He has declared Him [He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known].
◦ No God was formed before and after the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ was begotten by the Father:
ISA 43:10 You are My witnesses, says the Lord, and My servant whom I have chosen, that you may know Me, believe Me and remain steadfast to Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me.
ISA 43:10 You are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that you may know, and believe me, and understand that I myself am. Before me there was no God formed, and after me there shall be none.  (Douay-Rheims Version)
ISA 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.  (King James Version)
◦ The Spirit of Christ was predestined to take the form of a slave (ie, His Incarnation), to come in human likeness and human in appearance, in order to experience death for the salvation of the humankind:
PHIL 2:5-8 Let this same attitude and purpose and [humble] mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus: [Let Him be your example in humility:] Who, although being essentially one with God and in the form of God [possessing the fullness of the attributes which make God God], did not think this equality with God was a thing to be eagerly grasped or retained, But stripped Himself [of all privileges and rightful dignity], so as to assume the guise of a servant (slave), in that He became like men and was born a human being.  And after He had appeared in human form, He abased and humbled Himself [still further] and carried His obedience to the extreme of death, even the death of the cross!
1TM 3:16 And great and important and weighty, we confess, is the hidden truth (the mystic secret) of godliness. He [God] was made visible in human flesh, justified and vindicated in the [Holy] Spirit, was seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, [and] taken up in glory.
HEB 2:9 But we are able to see Jesus, Who was ranked lower than the angels for a little while, crowned with glory and honor because of His having suffered death, in order that by the grace (unmerited favor) of God [to us sinners] He might experience death for every individual person.
◦ In another testimony, the existent Spirit of Christ was chosen and foreordained before the foundation of the world to be manifested (ie, His Incarnation) in these last days as of a lamb with the precious blood without blemish or spot:
1PT 1:19-20 But [you were purchased] with the precious blood of Christ (the Messiah), like that of a [sacrificial] lamb without blemish or spot.  It is true that He was chosen and foreordained (destined and foreknown for it) before the foundation of the world, but He was brought out to public view (made manifest) in these last days (at the end of the times) for the sake of you.

The Spirit of God is the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ:
• The Lord God bestowed His Spirit on Jesus so Jesus possesses the Spirit of the Father:
ISA 42:1 Behold my Servant, Whom I uphold, My elect in Whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice and right and reveal truth to the nations.
The aforementioned decree of God was fulfilled in His Servant Jesus in this wise:
MT 12:15-18 But being aware of this, Jesus went away from there. And many people joined and accompanied Him, and He cured all of them, And strictly charged them and sharply warned them not to make Him publicly known.  This was in fulfillment of what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, Behold, My Servant Whom I have chosen, My Beloved in and with Whom My soul is well pleased and has found its delight. I will put My Spirit upon Him, and He shall proclaim and show forth justice to the nations.
Jesus was called the Son of God because He is the Incarnation of the Logos-God (cf JN 1:1, 10:30). By virtue of this Incarnation He is foreordained to taste death in order to redeem mankind:
PHIL 2:7-8 But stripped Himself [of all privileges and [rightful dignity], so as to assume the guise of a servant (slave), in that He became like men and was born a human being.  And after He had appeared in human form, He abased and humbled Himself [still further] and carried His obedience to the extreme of death, even the death of the cross!
ACTS 3:13 The God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob, the God of our forefathers, has glorified His Servant and Son Jesus [doing Him this honor], Whom you indeed delivered up and denied and rejected and disowned in the presence of Pilate, when he had determined to let Him go.
ACTS 4:27 For in this city there actually met and plotted together against Your holy Child and Servant Jesus, Whom You consecrated by anointing, both Herod and Pontius Pilate with the Gentiles and peoples of Israel,
ACTS 4:30 While You stretch out Your hand to cure and to perform signs and wonders through the authority and by the power of the name of Your holy Child and Servant Jesus.
• The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Jesus:
ISA 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound,
The aforementioned prophesy was fulfilled in Jesus in this manner:
LK 4:16-21 So He came to Nazareth, [that Nazareth] where He had been brought up, and He entered the synagogue, as was His custom on the Sabbath day. And He stood up to read.  And there was handed to Him [the roll of] the book of the prophet Isaiah. He opened (unrolled) the book and found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good news (the Gospel) to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity], To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound].  Then He rolled up the book and gave it back to the attendant and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were gazing [attentively] at Him.  And He began to speak to them: Today this Scripture has been fulfilled while you are present and hearing.
• The Spirit of God the Father is in Jesus:
JN 10:38 But if I do them, even though you do not believe Me or have faith in Me, [at least] believe the works and have faith in what I do, in order that you may know and understand [clearly] that the Father is in Me, and I am in the Father [One with Him].
JN 14:10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in Me? What I am telling you I do not say on My own authority and of My own accord; but the Father Who lives continually in Me does the (His) works (His own miracles, deeds of power).
JN 14:11 Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me; or else believe Me for the sake of the [very] works themselves. [If you cannot trust Me, at least let these works that I do in My Father’s name convince you.]
• Not only the Spirit of God the Father is in Jesus, but the complete Godhead, that is, the Most Holy Trinity is in Jesus, and here are the Biblical testimonies:
ISA 9:6 For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace.
COL 2:8-10 See to it that no one carries you off as spoil or makes you yourselves captive by his so-called philosophy and intellectualism and vain deceit (idle fancies and plain nonsense), following human tradition (men’s ideas of the material rather than the spiritual world), just crude notions following the rudimentary and elemental teachings of the universe and disregarding [the teachings of] Christ (the Messiah).  For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature].  And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power].
Jesus said; baptize them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit:
MT 28:19 Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
St. Peter and the Apostles understood that the fullness of the Godhead (the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) is in Jesus that they are baptizing in His Holy Name, that is, “Into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”:
ACTS 10:48 And he ordered that they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (the Messiah). Then they begged him to stay on there for some days.

How can Jesus Christ be true God and true Man at the same time?
• The Lord Jesus Christ Himself said He is the Son of Man and the Son of the living God:
MT 16:13-17 Now when Jesus went into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, Who do people say that the Son of Man is?  And they answered, Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.  He said to them, But who do you [yourselves] say that I am?  Simon Peter replied, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.  Then Jesus answered him, Blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied) are you, Simon Bar-Jonah. For flesh and blood [men] have not revealed this to you, but My Father Who is in heaven.
• Being the Son of Man, specifically of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Jesus Christ is composed of spirit, soul and body like any other ordinary human being:
1THES 5:23 And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God]; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound and complete [and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah).
However, being the Son of Man and at the same time, the Son of the living God, Jesus Christ is actually composed of the uncreated, eternal, immortal, indestructible and omnipotent Spirit of God (aka the Word in JN 1:1, 1:14; 1JN 5:7, KJV), and created Soul and formed Body which was made Lord and Christ (cf ACTS 2:36) by the infusion of the Spirit of God.
• Being the Son of God, the Spirit of Jesus Christ was in the bosom of the Father from all eternity and He was begotten before the world began, that is, He came out from the bosom of the Father; Spirit from Spirit, and God from God:
JN 1:18 No man has ever seen God at any time; the only unique Son, or the only begotten God, Who is in the bosom [in the intimate presence] of the Father, He has declared Him [He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known].
PS 109:1-3 The Lord said to my Lord: Sit thou at my right hand: Until I make thy enemies thy footstool.   The Lord will send forth the sceptre of thy power out of Sion: rule thou in the midst of thy enemies.   With thee is the principality in the day of thy strength: in the brightness of the saints: from the womb before the day star I begot thee.  (Douay-Rheims Version)
PS 110:1-3 The LORD says to you, my lord: “Take your throne at my righthand, while I make your enemies your footstool.”  The scepter of your sovereign might the LORD will extend from Zion.  The LORD says: “Rule over your enemies!  Yours is princely power from the day of your birth.  In holy splendor before the daystar, like the dew I begot you.”  (NAB)
Footnote PS 110:3: Before the daystar: an expression for before the world began.
JN 8:42 Jesus said to them, If God were your Father, you would love Me and respect Me and welcome Me gladly, for I proceeded (came forth) from God [out of His very presence]. I did not even come on My own authority or of My own accord (as self-appointed); but He sent Me.
JN 16:27-30 For the Father Himself [tenderly] loves you because you have loved Me and have believed that I came out from the Father.  I came out from the Father and have come into the world; again, I am leaving the world and going to the Father.  His disciples said, Ah, now You are speaking plainly to us and not in parables (veiled language and figures of speech)!  Now we know that You are acquainted with everything and have no need to be asked questions. Because of this we believe that you [really] came from God.
JN 17:8 For the [uttered] words that You gave Me I have given them; and they have received and accepted [them] and have come to know positively and in reality [to believe with absolute assurance] that I came forth from Your presence, and they have believed and are convinced that You did send Me.
• Being the Son of God who was in the bosom of God the Father and came out from Him, the Spirit of Jesus Christ was coexistent with God the Father from all eternity according to these Biblical testimonies
JN 1:1-2 In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself.  He was present originally with God.
JN 1:1-2 Before anything else existed, there was Christ, with God. He has always been alive and is himself God.  (The Living Bible)
1JN 1:1 [We are writing] about the Word of Life [in] Him Who existed from the beginning, Whom we have heard, Whom we have seen with our [own] eyes, Whom we have gazed upon [for ourselves] and have touched with our [own] hands.
1JN 1:1 Christ was alive when the world began, yet I myself have seen him with my own eyes and listened to him speak. I have touched him with my own hands. He is God’s message of life.  (TLB)
MICAH 5:2 But you, Bethlehem Ephratah, you are little to be among the clans of Judah; [yet] out of you shall One come forth for Me Who is to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth have been from of old, from ancient days (eternity).
MICAH 5:2 “O Bethlehem Ephrathah, you are but a small Judean village, yet you will be the birthplace of my King who is alive from everlasting ages past!”  (TLB)
JN 17:5 And now, Father, glorify Me along with Yourself and restore Me to such majesty and honor in Your presence as I had with You before the world existed.
JN 17:22-24 I have given to them the glory and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one [even] as We are one: I in them and You in Me, in order that they may become one and perfectly united, that the world may know and [definitely] recognize that You sent Me and that You have loved them [even] as You have loved Me.  Father, I desire that they also whom You have entrusted to Me [as Your gift to Me] may be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory, which You have given Me [Your love gift to Me]; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.
• Being the Son of Man, the Lord Jesus Christ is called Man:
MT 8:27 And the men were stunned with bewildered wonder and marveled, saying, What kind of Man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him!
MT 9:3 And behold, some of the scribes said to themselves, This man blasphemes [He claims the rights and prerogatives of God]!
MT 26:72 And again he denied it and disowned Him with an oath, saying, I do not know the Man!
MT 26:74 Then Peter began to invoke a curse on himself and to swear, I do not even know the Man! And at that moment a rooster crowed.
(See also: MK 14:71; LK 5:21, 7:49, 23:4, 23:6, 23:14, 23:15, 23:18, 23:47; JN 6:52, 7:49, 9:16, 9:29, 18:17, 18:29, 19:5; ACTS 19:4; ROM 5:15; 1PT 3:18, etc.)
• Being the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ is called God:
JN 1:1 In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself.
JN 1:18 No man has ever seen God at any time; the only unique Son, or the only begotten God, Who is in the bosom [in the intimate presence] of the Father, He has declared Him [He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known].
JN 20:27-29 Then He said to Thomas, Reach out your finger here, and see My hands; and put out your hand and place [it] in My side. Do not be faithless and incredulous, but [stop your unbelief and] believe!  Thomas answered Him, My Lord and my God!  Jesus said to him, Because you have seen Me, Thomas, do you now believe (trust, have faith)? Blessed and happy and to be envied are those who have never seen Me and yet have believed and adhered to and trusted and relied on Me.
ROM 9:5 To them belong the patriarchs, and as far as His natural descent was concerned, from them is the Christ, Who is exalted and supreme over all, God, blessed forever! Amen (so let it be).
ROM 9:5 from among whom Christ appeared in the flesh, who is God over all, to whom are due praises and thanksgiving, for ever and ever.  Amen.  (Lamsa)
PHIL 2:5-8 You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.  Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to.  Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being.  When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.  (NLT)
COL 2:9-10 For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature].  And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power].
COL 2:9 For Christ is not only God-like, He is God in human flesh.  (New Life Version)
TI 2:13 Awaiting and looking for the [fulfillment, the realization of our] blessed hope, even the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One),
TI 2:13 That’s how we should live as we wait for the blessed hope God has given us.  We are waiting for Jesus Christ to appear in all his glory. He is our great God and Savior.  (New International Reader’s Version)
HEB 1:7-8 Referring to the angels He says, [God] Who makes His angels winds and His ministering servants flames of fire; But as to the Son, He says to Him, Your throne, O God, is forever and ever (to the ages of the ages), and the scepter of Your kingdom is a scepter of absolute righteousness (of justice and straightforwardness).
2PT 1:1 Simon Peter, a servant and apostle (special messenger) of Jesus Christ, to those who have received (obtained an equal privilege of) like precious faith with ourselves in and through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ:
2PT 1:1 This letter is from Simon Peter, a slave and apostle of Jesus Christ.  I am writing to you who share the same precious faith we have. This faith was given to you because of the justice and fairness of Jesus Christ, our God and Savior.  (NLT)
1JN 5:20 And we [have seen and] know [positively] that the Son of God has [actually] come to this world and has given us understanding and insight [progressively] to perceive (recognize) and come to know better and more clearly Him Who is true; and we are in Him Who is true—in His Son Jesus Christ (the Messiah).  This [Man] is the true God and Life eternal.
RV 1:7-8; 22:20 Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth shall gaze upon Him and beat their breasts and mourn and lament over Him. Even so [must it be]. Amen (so be it).  I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, says the Lord God, He Who is and Who was and Who is to come, the Almighty (the Ruler of all).; He Who gives this warning and affirms and testifies to these things says, Yes (it is true). [Surely] I am coming quickly (swiftly, speedily). Amen (so let it be)! Yes, come, Lord Jesus!
The few passages quoted above testifying that the Lord Jesus Christ is God will suffice for the present work, but there are more testimonies on the Godhood of Christ in the Bible than meets the eyes.

Conclusion:
Therefore, the Lord Jesus Christ is the true God and true Man at the same time on account of the following:
1. As true Man, the Lord Jesus Christ is composed of spirit, soul and body, which in its entirety was conceived in the womb of his mother, like any other man.  Solomon puts it this way:
WISDOM 7:1-6 I too am a mortal man, the same as all the rest, and a descendant of the first man formed on earth.  And in my mother’s womb I was molded into flesh in a ten-months’ period-body and blood, from the seed of man, and the pleasure that accompanies marriage.  And I too, when born, inhaled the common air, and fell upon the kindred earth; wailing, I uttered that first sound common to all.  In swaddling clothes and with constant care I was nurtured.  For no king has any different origin or birth, but one is the entry into life for all; and in one same way they leave it.  (NAB)
2. As true God, the Lord Jesus Christ is composed of the uncreated, eternal, immortal, indestructible and omnipotent Spirit of God, and His created Soul was made divine by the infusion of the Spirit of God, and His holy Body (zygote) was prepared from the seed of the Woman (cf GEN 3:15, DRV) and conceived in the immaculate womb of the same Woman, the Blessed Virgin Mary, through the power of the Holy Spirit:
GEN 3:15 I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel.  (DRV)
LK 1:26-35 And in the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God into a city of Galilee, called Nazareth, To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.  And the angel being come in, said unto her: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.  Who having heard, was troubled at his saying, and thought with herself what manner of salutation this should be.  And the angel said to her: Fear not, Mary, for thou hast found grace with God.  Behold thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and shalt bring forth a son; and thou shalt call his name Jesus.  He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the most High; and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of David his father; and he shall reign in the house of Jacob for ever.  And of his kingdom there shall be no end.  And Mary said to the angel: How shall this be done, because I know not man?  And the angel answering, said to her: The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the most High shall overshadow thee. And therefore also the Holy which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. (DRV)
GAL 4:4 But when the proper time had fully come, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born subject to [the regulations of] the Law,
HEB 10:5 Hence, when He [Christ] entered into the world, He said, Sacrifices and offerings You have not desired, but instead You have made ready a body for Me [to offer];
MT 1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place under these circumstances: When His mother Mary had been promised in marriage to Joseph, before they came together, she was found to be pregnant [through the power] of the Holy Spirit.
MT 1:20 But as he was thinking this over, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, Joseph, descendant of David, do not be afraid to take Mary [as] your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of (from, out of) the Holy Spirit.
3. Here are some verses testifying that the Lord Jesus Christ is true God and true Man at the same time:
JN 1:1, 14 In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself.  And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth.
ROM 9:5 from among whom Christ appeared in the flesh, who is God over all, to whom are due praises and thanksgiving, for ever and ever.  Amen.  (Lamsa)
COL 2:9 For in Christ there is all of God in a human body; (The Living Bible)
COL 2:9 All of God lives fully in Christ (even when Christ was on earth), (New Century Version)
COL 2:9 God’s whole nature is living in Christ in human form.  (New International Reader’s Version)
COL 2:9 For Christ is not only God-like, He is God in human flesh.  (New Life Version)
COL 2:8-9 Beware lest any man mislead you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the teaching of men, after the principles of the world, and not after Christ.  For in him is embodied all the fullness of the Godhead.  (Lamsa)
