Apparently, Ballesteros doesn’t know what he is blabbering about, so let us educate this foul-mouthed born again pastor and the author of an anti-Mary book.
Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines SURROGATE MOTHER as: noun: a woman who agrees to become pregnant in order to give the baby to someone who cannot have children
Full Definition of SURROGATE MOTHER:  a woman who becomes pregnant usually by artificial insemination or surgical implantation of a fertilized egg for the purpose of carrying the fetus to term for another woman

The first definition of SURROGATE MOTHER does not apply to Mary because she did not become pregnant in order to give the baby to someone who cannot have children.  Mary kept her baby Jesus and did not give Him to anybody else.  If you think that that someone else is God who cannot have children, you are mistaken because there are many children of God.
The same is true with the full definition of SURROGATE MOTHER because Mary did not become pregnant by carrying the fetus that is not hers to term for another woman, but rather, she became pregnant by carrying the fetus that is hers through the Holy Spirit:
  • Now this is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about. When his mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, but before they lived together, she was found with child through the Holy Spirit. Joseph her husband, since he was a righteous man, yet unwilling to expose her to shame, decided to divorce her quietly. How do we know that the fetus carried by Mary is hers through the Holy Spirit?  Here’s how:

He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give him the throne of David his father, and he will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.”  But Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I have no relations with a man?”  And the angel said to her in reply, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. From the preceding facts, it is without doubt that MARY IS NOT THE SURROGATE MOTHER OF GOD, but rather, MARY IS THE BIOLOGICAL MOTHER OF GOD because the fetus of Jesus, God, which she conceived in her uterus, was hers through the Holy Spirit.
Therefore, the teaching of born again pastor Emilio JB Ballesteros that “God became man using a SURROGATE mother” is downright false.
The true teaching of the genuine Gospel of Jesus Christ is this: “God became man through His BIOLOGICAL MOTHER MARY and through the Holy Spirit.”
The Bible warned us of the likes of false teacher Emilio JB Ballesteros in this wise:
  • There were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will introduce destructive heresies and even deny the Master who ransomed them, bringing swift destruction on themselves. Many will follow their licentious ways, and because of them the way of truth will be reviled. There goes another false teaching of born again pastor Emilio JB Ballesteros.  In declaring that Mary is not the Mother of God but she was the mother of Jesus, Ballesteros is insinuating that God is not Jesus and Jesus is not God.
Unbeknownst to Ballesteros, the name of God is Jesus which He also gives to His Son:
  • And now I will no longer be in the world, but they are in the world, while I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your name that you have given me, so that they may be one just as we are. When I was with them I protected them in your name that you gave me, and I guarded them, and none of them was lost except the son of destruction, in order that the scripture might be fulfilled.   • Because of this, God greatly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bend, of those in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.   • “The Father and I are one.” (Jn 10:30, NAB)
  • When Jesus had said this, he raised his eyes to heaven and said, “Father, the hour has come. Give glory to your son, so that your son may glorify you, just as you gave him authority over all people, so that he may give eternal life to all you gave him. Now this is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.” (Jn 17:1-3, NAB)
And who is the eternal life and the only true God?  The passage above is very clear: The eternal life and the only true God is the Father and the one whom He sent, Jesus Christ.  That truth of God is bolstered in this verse:
  • We also know that the Son of God has come and has given us discernment to know the one who is true. And we are in the one who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life. (1Jn 5:20, NAB)
Therefore, if you say Mary is the mother of Jesus, you are actually saying Mary is the Mother of God, to the glory of God the Father!

Let us give credit to Ballesteros this time. At least, he accepts and believes that Mary was the mother of Jesus.  Other born again cultists are so depraved that they even deny Mary was the mother of Jesus.
But wait, I was mistaken.
I remember earlier that Ballesteros said, “God became man using a SURROGATE mother”.  By that, Ballesteros meant the God who became man, which is Jesus, is using a SURROGATE mother.  Ergo, Ballesteros was saying that Mary was the SURROGATE mother of Jesus.  Thus, Ballesteros is also denying that Mary is the real mother of Jesus, and that makes him a depraved cultist too.  And yet Ballesteros is now saying that Mary was the mother of Jesus!  Clearly, Ballesteros is a double-faced cultist.  The doctrine of born again pastor Ballesteros is a doctrine of confusion.  No wonder all the born again cultists are also confused because all their pastors are also confused.  What a bunch of discomfitures these born again cultists are.
Ballesteros was saying that Mary was not the Mother of God but was the mother of Jesus, and that Mary was the mother of Jesus when He was in his human form.
Evidently, Ballesteros was declaring that Jesus was no longer God when He was in His human form because he believes that Mary was not the Mother of God but was the mother of Jesus only.
Inversely, if Jesus remains God when He was in His human form, then with all sincerity and honesty, we can declare that Mary is the mother of God Jesus in His human form, is it not so?
That brings us to this vital question: Did Jesus remains God, or was Jesus no longer God, when He was in his human form?
We know for a fact that Jesus is God:
God the Father’s testimony asserts that His Son Jesus is God and Lord who created the cosmos with His own hands:
  • But of the Son: “Your throne, O God (O Son), stands forever and ever; and a righteous scepter is the scepter of your kingdom. You loved justice and hated wickedness; therefore God (therefore Son), your God (your Father), anointed you with the oil of gladness above your companions”; and: “At the beginning, O Lord (O Son), you established the earth, and the heavens are the works of your hands.” (Heb 1:8-10, NAB, emphasis mine)
Apostle Thomas’ testimony also asserts that Jesus is Lord and God, to which Jesus concurs:
  • Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here and see my hands, and bring your hand and put it into my side, and do not be unbelieving, but believe.” Thomas answered and said to him, “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to him, “Have you come to believe because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed.”  (Jn 20:27-29, NAB)
Now, if Jesus is God, then He is God from eternity to eternity, for it was written:
  • Before the mountains were born, the earth and the world brought forth, from eternity to eternity you are God. (Ps 90:2, NAB)
  • Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Heb 13:8, NAB)
If Jesus is God from eternity to eternity, then there is not a moment in eternity or in time when He ceased to be God, even when He was in His human form.  Actually, that was the gist of Philippians 2:5-7 which I quote from King James Version below, the official Protestant Bible:
  • Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: but made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. (Phil 2:5-8, KJV)
The passage above declares that Jesus was in the form of God, which makes Him equal to God, but he was made in the likeness of men, which means though Jesus was God He took the guise of men, that is, Jesus remains God even in His human form as His human form was just a guise.
Amplified Bible, another official Protestant Bible renders the same passage crystal clear:
  • Let this same attitude and purpose and [humble] mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus: [Let Him be your example in humility:] Who, although being essentially one with God and in the form of God [possessing the fullness of the attributes which make God God], did not think this equality with God was a thing to be eagerly grasped or retained, But stripped Himself [of all privileges and rightful dignity], so as to assume the guise of a servant (slave), in that He became like men and was born a human being. And after He had appeared in human form, He abased and humbled Himself [still further] and carried His obedience to the extreme of death, even the death of the cross!  (Phil 2:5-8, AMP)
To prove further that Jesus remains God even in His human form, let us quote Colossians 2:9 in different English translations of the various Protestant Bibles below:
  • For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. (KJV)
  • For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature]. (AMP)

  • I say this because all of God lives in Christ fully, even in his life on earth. (ERV)
